At Premiere Havanese we are dedicated to producing healthy, intelligent and well-socialized puppies. We are serious about health-testing. Our dogs are CERF-tested annually and BAER-tested, have OFA certification of hips and patellas, and have blood work run to assess internal organ function.

There are many backyard breeders that do not rigorously health test, do not participate in breed clubs to keep up-to-date with important information, and do not compete in dog shows to ascertain the quality of their stock. We believe every puppy buyer has the right to expect this of their Havanese breeder, whether they are purchasing their puppy for pet or for show.
