Blackwater Bichons

Blackwater Bichons has moved to the Beartooth Mountains in Montana. Sonny and Bella have settled in and seem to like it here. We raise our puppies in a family setting so they get lots of love and hugs from our grandchildren, while enjoying the clean air and fresh spring water.

Bichons have a wonderful personality. They are gently playful, love to run and go for walks. They are affectionate, and will be on any available lap. And will steal a place in your heart before you know it.

We live in a forest adjoining Yellowstone Park and the dogs can chase after deer, moose and an occasional bear. They tease the squirrels all day long.

Our dogs conform perfectly to AKC and CKC standards, and Sonny, the sire, is a Champion in Canada. Their coat is pure white, black pigment is strong and they weigh about 12 pounds at maturity. Their soft white hair is easiest kept cut short and can easily be done at home. All puppies come with 1 year health guarantee, vet check and shots.

Shipping is possible in mild weather but most people choose to drive to pick them up, or to meet me at the airport in Billings

If you are interested in buying a puppy, a reservation is needed. There is usually a waiting list.
